Steve is a very skilled massage therapist. He is very professional, informative and focuses on any issues and concerns I have. what I do
My mission is to help you reach your goals by providing you with a comprehensive and enjoyable exercise programme that is specifically designed for you. My sessions are designed to work you hard, but not push you beyond your boundaries. Sessions involve a combination of functional fitness training, using ViPR, sandbags, kettlebells, TRX and various other tools, as well as basic boxing training. I specialise in weight management, body toning, fitness, strength and posture, so if any of these goals apply to you, then I’m your man!
