My PT sessions combine functional training with boxing-based exercises in order to improve muscle tone, fitness, muscular endurance, core strength, co-ordination and posture. Functional training refers to a combination of upper and lower body movements in a single exercise, such as a lunge into a press. These exercises can be low impact or high intensity. Functional exercises provide the best results for weight loss, toning and core stability.

Boxercise involves boxing-based exercises that are great for fat burn, toning and stress. You don’t require any previous boxing experience to do this. Basic exercises involve jabs, hooks and uppercuts. When you start to progress, combinations are used, which are a great way to burn calories. The best thing about boxercise is it’s fun!

My PT sessions are provided in your home, garden, office or local park. Exercises only require a small amount of space (about the size of a double bed) so training indoors isn’t usually a problem. I offer one-to-one or groups of 2-4.

It is great for building core strength, explosive power and functional fitness.

A studio barbell is designed for compound exercises that train multiple muscle groups at the same time, such as squats, deadlifts, rows, lunges and presses. This is great for all-round muscular strength, endurance, tone and shape.
