I haven’t always been interested in health, having spent most of my twenties suffering with anxiety, working at a desk, dodging any opportunities to workout – I couldn’t have been further away from the picture of health. I was the most inflexible person in the room with virtually no upper body strength. Then I found yoga. By the end of my first class, I found something within myself that I’d never found with any other exercise. It was like I learnt something more about myself, not just about my body but something more. After years of practising and wanting to share all I’d learnt, I took the leap and trained in India where I gained my 200 hours yoga alliance certificate in Ashtanga Vinyasa. More recently I trained in Mandala Vinyasa, Yin yoga and chakra theory. I teach Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, Yin and Yang Flow or Mandala flow, one-to-one or in groups. My style is inclusive, intention driven and aims to create balance in your hectic London lifestyle.

CORPORATE

I teach sessions for you and your colleagues or employees which take place at your office. We can focus on releasing tightness in areas of the body as well as improving poor posture caused by desk based jobs.

ONE-TO-ONE

I offer private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home. Studio hire is also possible subject to availability.

Maybe you want to deepen your existing practice or you’re a new beginner wanting to learn the basics. Maybe you’re looking to sweat and strengthen, or de-stress. Whatever your goals, I’ll help you learn to develop and refine your practise.

Sessions will be tailored to your specific needs, with verbal and hands-on adjustment. Meditation and yogic breathing techniques are also covered as part of your practise.

Above all, I’ll make sure that you develop insight into your body’s movement and posture habits, giving you the skills to release tension at your own pace.
